Challenge

As Green Coast expanded its operations and welcomed more residents, guests, and service staff, the Balfin Group faced significant difficulties managing the resort’s day-to-day activities. Existing processes were mostly manual and disconnected, with parking access being monitored through spreadsheets, villa services requested via phone or messaging apps, and staff coordination lacking a centralized system. These gaps led to frequent miscommunication, service delays, and operational inefficiencies.

Solution

Motomtech worked closely with Balfin Group to develop Green Coast, a cutting-edge management platform that optimizes the daily operations of Albania’s premier luxury resort.

Phase 1

Conceptualization

To build a system tailored to the resort's unique needs, Motomtech conducted extensive research and stakeholder interviews. This included engaging with corporate employees, future platform users, and resort guests to identify pain points and operational inefficiencies. Additionally, a thorough review of the corporate infrastructure was performed to understand existing systems and ensure smooth integration. The insights gathered informed the development of a comprehensive Software Blueprint, detailing the system's architecture, workflows, and user interactions.

Phase 2

Software Prototype

With a clear blueprint in place, the design team created a detailed user experience flow, ensuring that the platform would be intuitive and efficient. A user-friendly interface was designed, and initial wireframes were developed to structure the application’s core functionalities. These wireframes evolved into a clickable prototype, allowing stakeholders to interact with the system early on and provide valuable feedback before full-scale development.

Phase 3

Implementation

Motomtech proceeded with the technical development of the platform, designing a scalable software architecture to support high performance and reliability. Both web and mobile applications were built to provide accessibility for different user groups. A robust DevOps infrastructure was implemented, ensuring secure and efficient deployment. The system was successfully launched with a Minimum Viable Product, enabling real-world testing and incremental feature improvements.

Phase 4

Maintenance & Enhancement

Once the platform is live, Motomtech continues to provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements. This included refining the product based on user feedback, implementing new roadmap features, and maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, employees, and residents to continuously improve the system. The platform is already transforming luxury resort management by making daily operations more efficient, improving communication between staff and residents, and ensuring an elevated living experience for all.
