Challenge
Burst had already launched its app, but users faced frequent crashes, bugs, and inconsistent performance. Core features were unreliable, and the design lacked clarity for long-term adoption. Phase 1
Conceptualization
Motomtech began by conducting a deep review of Burst’s existing platform. The team identified usability gaps, critical bugs, and architectural weaknesses. A plan was developed to redesign the user experience, stabilize performance, and align the product with Burst’s mission of longevity and health.
Phase 2
Software Redesign
A redesigned interface was created in prototype form to validate improvements before full implementation. Stakeholders were able to interact with the new design, test workflows, and provide feedback on usability and engagement. Implementation
