How It All Started
Motomtech didn’t start with a business plan—it started with a favor. In 2018, Founder & CEO Mirgen Hoxha helped a friend build his tech company from the ground up. It worked really well. That one favor turned into another, and soon Mirgen was working with five different teams, helping transform early-stage ideas into working products and real business growth.
Built on Word of Mouth
The common thread? Delivery. There were no sales pitches, no marketing campaigns—just word of mouth from clients who valued how fast we moved, how clearly we communicated, and how accountable our teams were.
A Name with Meaning
Motomtech was born from a vision to help businesses thrive in an increasingly digital world. Our name is inspired by Mount Tomorri, a sacred Albanian peak symbolizing sacrifice, loyalty, and resilience. We bring those values into every partnership and every project.
