Motomtech built a full food delivery ecosystem for Poro that connects customers, restaurants, and drivers through a single platform. The system includes a cross-platform React Native mobile app for customers and drivers, a responsive web dashboard for restaurant partners, and an internal admin system for Poro’s operations team to manage users and roll out new features.

Motomtech delivered the full-featured Poro platform in 60 days from initial concept to MVP with complete core features. The team designed the architecture for substantial scalability headroom so the platform could support future growth and new features.

Poro runs on a Node.js backend supported by AWS infrastructure including AWS Fargate, Amazon S3, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon CloudFront, and Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring. The frontend uses React for web and React Native for the cross-platform mobile apps used by customers and drivers.

Poro gives restaurants 100% autonomy over menu management and order flow through a dedicated dashboard, removing the third-party reliance that comes with off-the-shelf delivery tools. Restaurant partners can update menus, monitor incoming orders, and access performance metrics directly, while drivers receive live delivery updates and optimized routes.

Motomtech assembled a 3-person Full-Time Equivalent team that combined a Business Analyst, UX/UI Designer, DevOps, QA, Project Manager, and Software Architect role, plus 2 Developers, to own the product from strategy to execution. Founder John Brown credited the team with delivering a fully functional delivery platform that feels modern, reliable, and easy to scale.
