Phase 1
Conceptualization
Motomtech worked closely with ProgressMFG to understand their manufacturing workflows and specific inventory management challenges. Through stakeholder sessions, the team mapped out system requirements, user roles, and key features to ensure the solution was purpose-built for their environment.
Phase 2
Software Prototype
UX/UI designers created wireframes and interactive prototypes that showcased the user flows and design concepts. This allowed ProgressMFG’s leadership and staff to provide feedback before full-scale development began, ensuring the system would meet practical, day-to-day needs.
Phase 3
Implementation
A small team from Motomtech developed the inventory system using modern web and mobile technologies. The frontend was designed for speed and clarity, while QA processes were embedded throughout to ensure stability. The system provided real-time tracking, error reduction, and easier reporting.
Phase 4
Maintenance & Enhancement
After launch, Motomtech continued to support ProgressMFG with enhancements, adding new features and refining workflows based on user feedback. This ensured the inventory system grew alongside the company’s manufacturing operations.
