Challenge
The challenge ChamberedIn aimed to solve was the lack of structured digital environments for chambers of commerce and professional networking organizations that operate within tight-knit ecosystems or shared economic regions. Chambers of commerce and business communities often struggle with fragmented tools for member engagement, event coordination, communication, and billing. Most existing platforms focus on individual networking but lack the structure needed to support multi-organization ecosystems. This left chambers juggling multiple systems, facing administrative overload, and without a unified way to manage their members or keep engagement high. ChamberedIn set out to solve this by creating a centralized, customizable platform tailored to the operational and community-building needs of professional networks.

Phase 1
Conceptualization
Built through our Technology Department as a Service model, it’s the result of a full-cycle product team working to turn a strategic vision into a powerful and user-friendly solution. Designed for chambers, business collectives, and multi-organization networks, ChamberedIn gives each group a private digital space where members can connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Phase 2
Software Prototype
The platform offers customizable permissions, curated member feeds, focused discussion channels, event management tools, and flexible billing and payment options to support a wide range of use cases. Features like internal advertising and member-created content are available to help chambers engage their audience and generate value on their own terms, without clutter or complexity.
Phase 3
Implementation
Motomtech handled every aspect of the platform’s development from design to deployment, using Node.js, React Native, and AWS infrastructure.
